Buckswood Lions Programme (Powered by BEAT)
All prices are per student, per week unless otherwise stated.

  • Standard Lions Residential Programme: £975 per student per week
    Includes accommodation, meals, English lessons, excursions and activities.
  • Football Academy Add-On: £50 – £200 per student per week*
    Professional coaching, training kit, fitness sessions, and match analysis.
  • Leadership & Adventure Add-On: £50 – £200 per student per week*
    Includes BEAT adventure experiences, team-building challenges, and outdoor activities.
  • Airport Transfers:
    • London Gatwick: £500 – £900 return*
    • London Heathrow: £700 – £1,000 return*
  • Group Leader Package:
    One free Group Leader for every 10 students. Additional Group Leaders: £975 per week.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A completed Buckswood Lions Booking Form must be submitted to secure dates.
  • Bookings become confirmed once the deposit is received.
  • Buckswood Lions reserves the right to release dates if deposits are not paid within the agreed timeframe.

2. Payments

  • Deposit: 30% – 50% of the total invoice, payable within 14 days of booking your provisional dates.
  • Final Payment: Due 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Payments must be made in GBP via bank transfer (details provided on invoice).
  • All bank transfer fees must be covered by the group/agency.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Deposit retained; remaining fees refundable.
  • 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of total fees payable.
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of fees payable.
  • No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or missed programme elements.

4. Group Numbers & Changes

  • Final participant numbers must be confirmed no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • Increases are subject to accommodation and staffing availability.
  • Reductions after the 30-day deadline will still be charged at the full rate.

5. Accommodation

  • Students and Group Leaders are housed in accordance with UK safeguarding guidelines.
  • Rooming preferences can be requested but are not guaranteed.
  • Any damages caused will be invoiced to the group.

6. Travel & Insurance

  • Groups are responsible for arranging flights, visas, and travel documents.
  • All participants must have medical, travel, and personal liability insurance.
  • Buckswood Lions accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal property.

7. Safeguarding & Behaviour

  • All students must follow the Buckswood Lions Code of Conduct and safeguarding rules.
  • Buckswood Lions reserves the right to remove any participant who seriously breaches behaviour expectations; no refunds will be given.
  • Group Leaders are expected to support supervision and behaviour management according to programme guidelines.

8. Medical Needs

  • Medical conditions, dietary requirements, allergies, and medication must be declared in advance.
  • Routine medication may only be administered with written parental/guardian consent.

9. Programme Adjustments

  • Buckswood Lions may adjust activities, excursions, timetables, or facilities due to weather, safety considerations, or operational needs.
  • Any changes will maintain the quality and experience of the programme.

10. Liability

  • Buckswood Lions takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment.
  • We are not responsible for events outside our control (e.g., travel delays, strikes, extreme weather).

11. Photography & Media Use

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the programme for internal and promotional use.
  • Groups may opt out of marketing use by notifying us in writing before arrival.
